We are in the 9th wave now of collective consciousness & everyone is feeling the effects, both the harmonizing as well as the disruptions with ourselves and/or with others. Seeking balance with Universal life force will help to stabilize our emotions and feelings that we had to carry the thoughts and/or emotions of disharmony within ourselves in the first place. Forgive yourself for feeling that you had to hold this negativity in the first place, then let it go.....up and out into the void from which it came. Be one with Universal consciousness; harmonize & heal the world by sending out loving energy. Embrace this light, feeling and love energy. Know that going away from God only brings more of an unbalanced state, while embracing God will create the effect that we ARE ALL a part of this loving energy.
