LOVE AND FEAR

LOVE AND FEAR      

In truth I realize the fear that overtakes my body and my mind, pulling me and ripping me apart. Stripping my core beliefs to make me re-examine this life, my truth at this time. Fear is a part of the ego-apart from love. It takes on a breath, a flowing, and a power of its own. The more energy and attention it is given, the more it will grow and evolve.

I notice the fear not only in my own life, but in the lives of others. The power of the ego as it connects and entraps everyone’s life. “Must”, “Should” become common every day words in people’s sentences, lives- a driving force from the ego, from the fear. Why must we embrace this fear, this ego? It only brings us emptiness, leads us away from God, from love. We can look at it and know the truth. Love is the only real everlasting energy in the entire universe. It is true, truth will set you free. It is the purest essence of God, all knowing, infinite.

 LOVE and FEAR are both four letter words; short, easy to say, easy to write but complete opposites. Just looking at each word individually brings up different energy vibrations within the body. Fear brings anxiety, an emptiness of being, of wanting-never getting enough. This is what hell feels like-never being satisfied with what is here and now, the cup is always half empty.

Love brings a sense of peace, beauty, solitude and fulfillment. The cup is overflowing, the heart is reflecting light, and God is here.

Remember this for yourself:

TODAY MY TRUTH WILL BE TO FOCUS ON LOVE. LOVE IS GOD. GOD IS LOVE. THIS IS TRULY THE ESSENCE OF MY BEING. THIS IS MY TRUTH, MY LOVE, AND MY LIFE.
